in philadelphia and 2 in reading and 1 in allentown and satellite 6 along with action radar showing once this cold front blows through it opens the door for even more brutal windchills, this air mass is moving through the plain states and the midwest and sioux falls it's 20 degrees below zero and that is the way it feels in the poconos tomorrow morning. 2 in allentown and 8 in philadelphia but the
