months to make. and while it's not a tough critique of prosecutors it stays mistakes were made. they said the prosecutors were reasonable in the investigation and the time it took, but it noted a lack of communication between county law enforcement and the state attorney general's office under tom corbett. one of the chief complaints is that prosecutors waited nearly two years to get a search warrant for sandusky's home. >> when the search happened it uncovered valuable evidence including photographs of the sandusky victims and the list of second mile campers with asterisks by some of their name. >> i think the team on that this at a minimum had 150 to 200 years of prosecutorial experience including the issuance and authorization of thousands of search warrants. >> they found no fault in thes use of a grand jury and no political motivation by corbett and his staff as he was running for governor. and he released the statement saying i am proud of the hard work of the men and women joining the effort to supportment victims. and the release of the report reaffirms the integrity of their efforts. and kane would not extend an apology, but she and others questioned why there was a 5-month lag in the probe. >> at that point the investigation was at a complete stand still. during those five months, march to august of 2010 no people interviewed or subpoenas issued. >>ment -- the people making never tried a a child sex case or grand jury. doesn't know what they are talking about. >> and saying that two children were sexually assaulted while they took the time prosecuting to the hospital after a crash on the schuylkill expressway. over the eastbound lanes near university city medics brought the victim to an ambulance where the multi-vehicle crash happened around 1:00 this afternoon. they are not sure what caused it and have not told us the victim's name or how badly injured. the victim of a deadly shooting was remembered by family and friends. a small memorial at the site where 32 year old jason turner was shot and killed. gunned down saturday morning in the 800 block of north pine street. it the police say that he was shot by a 15 year off even after cooperating with him during a robbery. they are in wilmington looking into the rise in violence there. and they introduced a resolution inviting them to study the program. >> case studies of 28 miles off the coast here. >> is that where we are going now? i think i will go on the second story of the boat. >> just to be safe? >> yeah. >> and bug sharks and hammerheading swim the waters here. last week they were catching brown sharks off the beach. and thankfully encounters with humans are rare, but the fisherman certainly have a tale to tell after coming face-to-face with a great white. the latest from atlantic city, live here, nora muchanic channel 6 "action news." >> i like sharks, but i would rather see them in the zoo, thank you. police in toms river released a sketch of a man wanted for trying to lure a young boy into his car. it happened on friday around 6:00 p.m. near marion street. the boy was playing in the yard and the man pulled up in his car and told the boy he had candy. the boy's aunt chased after the man and he drove off. he is described as a white man in his early to mid 20s with a thin build. he was in a dark s.u.v. if you have information, toms river police want to hear from you. >> the police are looking at r surveillance video from an armed robbery. the 7-eleven was robbed around 3:00 in morning. police say the robber was wearing a mask and had a knife. getting away with undisclosed amount of catch. >> a 21 year old pennsylvania woman found lying on the pennsylvania turnpike five hours after struck by a car. and chopper 6 over the scene after 9:00 this morning in the westbound lanes in bristol near the delaware river bridge. police say the woman was left on the turnpike after getting out of her friend's car. she was then hit by a car and broke her leg. she crawled off the highway and fell asleep under a guard rail until she was found there this morning. meteorologist adam joseph joining us. the heat is here and here to stay?
