setting another girl's hair onf. jeanette reyes is live at southwest detectives with more. good morning, jeanette. >> reporter: good morning, tam, police are saying all of the people involved were young teenage girls. it started with a fight ended with one girl's hair on fire and another who narrowly escaped serious stab wounds. the attack happened at 46th and market. the suspect and the victim between the ages of 13 and 16 got into a fight outside the station. the 16-year-old victim ran to the station to get protection from the group of girls. what's when the teens followed her and pinned her to the ground and assaulted her. >> she pulled a can of hair spray out of her bag and a lighter and ignited the hair spray. >> reporter: the girl's 13-year-old cousin was attacked this time with a knife. >> the knife was dropped on the scene. there were numerous slash marks to the jacket, the knife never penetrated the jacket. >> reporter: police say the first girl who was attacked was taken to the hospital. she did not suffer seer rouse injuries. they don't know why the fight started, the reason they began fighting, but of course an investigation is underway. reporting live in southwest detectives, jeanette reyes channel 6 "action news." >> thank you jeanette. a high school baseball coach is accused of choking one of his 12-year-old players. police say kenneth irwin put his arms around the boy's threat last month. he is listed s.a.t baseball coach for upper moreland high school. today the house of representatives will vote on the gop affordable care act. paul ryan met with some moderates hoping to get votes with last minute pressure. some conservatives say it does not go far enough for president obama's signature efforts. democrats are expected to vote no. we're keeping tabs on how our local members of congress will vote. lehigh valley congress charlie dent who was undecided is voting now. ryan costello on the left of the screen and pat meehan on the right remain undecided. tom mcarthur plans to vote yes. more arrests following the deadly terror attack in london. a suspected terrorist stabbed a police officer and used an suv to mow down pedestrians outside of parliament yesterday. we go live to london for more on the attack. >> reporter: good morning, matt, police spoke moments ago still not identifying the attacker, saying no motivation given saying he was inspired by international terrorists. this morning the cleanup begins, the investigators on the scene as the sun rises over london. yesterday, chaos as a knife-wielding terrorist went on a rampage using his car to mow down dozens of pedestrians on the thames west minute ster bridge. a woman was -- westminster bridge. a woman was pulled from the thames after being hit. the driver crashed his gate into the gates outside parliament. the attacker armed with a knife ran to parliament where he fatally stabbed police officer, he performed mouth to mouth trying to arrive at the officer, police ending the am rage shooting the attacker. these images showing one officer pointing his gun at the suspect with a knife under the suspect's foot. the suspect is loaded on the ambulance and later dies. the british parliament was on lockdown for several hours. >> this is spended, but please wait here. >> reporter: the bridge brought to a standstill as bystanders and first responders rushed to help that. new on "action news," a police chase ended with a crash and a suspect on the run in berks county. pennsylvania state police say they were attempting to pull over rodney mcdonald yesterday when he sped off. his vehicle crashed and rolled over. he ran from the scene and is on the loose at this hour. no troopers were hurt. new a ten-year-old boy from central jersey is hailed as a hero for saving his grandfather's life. he was choking on a popcorn back in january. when he saw turning blue he sprang into action. he began giving him the heimlich manuverrer. >> i lay down i watch cop shows that's how i learned how to do the heimlich manuver, the cop said seconds matter. >> the town of phillipsburg has declared march 21, jc's day. >> a stolen wallet that is returned 8 years later. nypd 20s. noon, 39 degrees. 3:00 p.m., 44. we'll get a high of 46 rather late in the afternoon probably around 5:00 p.m. still holding on to the low 40s by 6:00 p.m. temperatures better than yesterday, but the winds are dieing downen obviously we're dealing with a cold start up morning. 44 in reading, 46 in philadelphia, a little bit breezy, but not as windy as yesterday. and sun buildings. tomorrow we have clouds in the morning and there could be a shower late and west, with late day sun remerging. we're looking at a nice bounce back up to 70 on saturday. below dawn we'll be below freezing in the northern and western suburbs, showers move in where the surface temperatures rise and we may avoid the problem we yesterday with the freezing rain in the north and west. the way things are looking now
