Bike patrol officers saw middleton with a gun if his hand and officers ordered him to drop the gun before he ran away and officers chased him into an alley and he turned and pointed the weapon at heim. He shot middleton twice in the leg and side and the weapon was recovered from the scene and they later discovered it was stolen. No arrests are made after an overnight shooting in the point breeze section of philadelphia. A 28yearold man was shot at least five times by two men after midnight.
