jury selection has begun in the corruption trial of the long time pennsylvania congressman chaka fattah. fattah's accused of taking bribes and misusing campaign funds and federal grants. the judge delayed start of the testimony until may 16th. last week fattah loss the primary to state law maker twi evans ending his hopes of the 12th term in congress. philadelphia police say a 20 year-old man had died following a crash in the east falls section that also killed a six year-old boy. man has been identified as nair ross wilson while the child was identified as eric perez. wilson is father of the seven week old baby girl critically injured in the wreck. six other people, also seriously hurt. the crash happened shortly before 4:00 o'clock yesterday afternoon, here in the 5400 block of henry avenue. investigators say the rainy weather was a major factor in the crash. a driver is in the hospital following this collision in the cities mayfair section. it happened on frankford avenue near tyson avenue at 6:30 this morning. police say driver in one of the cars was trapped and had to be rescued. that driver is hospitalized in stable condition. the cause of the crash still under investigation. turning now to the accu weather forecast, another dreary day across the delaware and lehigh valleys. those cloud just do not wanting to away. >> nope. later this evening we will have, we are well the in the 70's. we will try to tap into that warmer air down south and we should see a late the day high in the mid to upper 60's in philadelphia. some spots south and west getting up in through friday, stay unsettled though each of those days with the chance of rain at least for part of the day. 55 degrees currently in philadelphia. wind are running calm, so not a lot of wind out there but certainly chilly enough for a jacket. hopefully as we go through next several hours things will change for the better. we are looking at the breaks to the cloud out to the west and south? we are expecting a return of the at least some sunshine this afternoon. that will, in turn, help temperatures go up a bit. looking at future tracker six you can see those breaks in the cloud. now by 4:00 o'clock there will be some cloud out the to the west and related showers and then eventually that starts to drop through and by six or 7:00 o'clock tonight there is a chance of spotty thunderstorms popping up. later in the evening hours we will see some more drenchers and some of these could be those severe storms that we are talking about down in dover and millville. it could be late this afternoon but it could be as late as 11:00 tonight. if you have a concern about this, of course, adam joost he have will be on the air with storm tracker six live double scan at ten on phl17 and cecily tynan right here on six abc at 11:00 with the radar showing you the very latest. the severe risk that was in place this afternoon appears to be getting push further to the south. so may be a off and on rain pretty much throughout. friday still unsettled. we could see early sun and then afternoon showers, we'll merge, and then for weekend things get better, clouds and sun on saturday and
