>> tuesday night at 9:00 p.m. fear grips tens of thousands of people living in south jersey they were alarmed to see this message on their tv a nuclear power plant warning. they feared the worst. >> panic with everything especially with what is happening in the world today. >> this was not a test but a big mistake. we learn from new jersey state police that the accident happened during a scheduled safety training exercise. the state police was intended for a small group of emergency management personnel participating in the exercise and as a result of a coding error the message was publically broadcast. edward with the cumberland county emergency services says that the county 911 call center was flooded with calls and the county immediately sent a reverse 911 alerting thousands of residents that the alert was not true. >> if this was a real emergency, the alert warning system would go out and the sirens would have activated in our scene. >> it was alarming for many that saw the message but some say it's a reminder to always have a plan in place in the event of an emergency. >> it scares people but then as i said there was another message that said to disregard it and i would rather be warn add head of time than not warned. >> and so back out live, state police also say if this was a real emergency there would have been followup alerts telling people what they needed to do if they needed to evacuate and alerts on social media accounts operated by state police and emergency management officials and the good news here this was all just a mistake and a lot of people happy about that. live in salem, gray hall, channel 6 "action news." >> thank you. there is word tonight that two counselors at an addiction treatment facility in west brandywine township were found dead. in an ironic but tragic twist authorities say they had overdosed on heroin and chester county d.a. says that six recovering addicted found the counselors unresponsive and narcan could not save them and they found used needles and heroin bags in their rooms. 1-year-old price johnson is released from the hospital. his four gunshot wounds attended too and his mother now speak ougt. vernon odom is live at police headquarters with their story. >> reporter: good evening. that 2-year-old that had such a close brush with death friday night is out of of the hop and in his mother's arms tonight and doctors repaired the damage that the multiple gunshot wounds did to his tiny body and police ask for the public's help to catch the criminals responsibility. >> i am thankful he is here. i am thankful every moment of the day. every second. >> donna johnson calls him her miracle child. because her 2-year-old son price's four gunshot wounds are healing so fast after surgery at saint christopher's hospital. friday night the toddler was shot in the wrist and lower rear hip by two gunmen that remain at large. the child was sitting on his fathers lap when the gunshots occurred. the father is in the hospital with a shattered knee and artery damage. >> he said that the guys rolled down the street saying this is their neighborhood. and started to shoot while they were sitting on the porch. >> police released the video of the two suspects on bicycles near the crime scene at 9:45 when the shooting went down, the pair remain at large, and police need the public's help to nail them. donna johnson has a message for them. >> if you see my son on the news tonight the guys that did this, look at this little boy, look how sweet he is. he is loving and look at yourself and go turn yourself in. turn yourself in. >> the johnsons were only living in the 3300 block for six months. one theory is that the gunman was out outto kill previous occupants of the house and now thanks those that saved her husband and her son. >> i am thankful for saint christopher and the police that rushed my baby to the hospital. thank you officers who did that. i appreciate you guys 100%. >> reporter: jim a 5,0$5,000 red posted by the fop for information on an arrest and conviction for the two men wanted on this attempted murder case. i'm vernon odom, channel 6 "action news." >> thank you. a jury has now been seated in the case against actor, bill cosby become the man tell includes -- and agreed on three of the six alternates so far. cosby is accused of drugging and molesting andrea constand at his cheltenham home in 2004 and trial is scheduled to start in norristown next month. and huge news for the philadelphia police department. city hall has announced that police headquarters will move to the old inquirer building at 500 north broad street. instead of 6th and market. sara bloomquist is live at the new headquarters, why the change?
