In a statement, mayor jim kenney responded saying in part, by several accounts, these families waited months to obtain the proper documentation so they could come to our country legally. The victim is Catherine Brown pictured here. Were told she along with her grandson she was carrying and five other grandchildren were in the neighborhood for a birthday party.
