Lee kaplan walked into court along with three dozen people from the Amish Community atebded the preliminary hearing. They found 10 of the young durs living with them. The elder now 18, testified today. She told the judge when she was 14 she was sent to live with kaplan and shortly after she began they began having sexual intercourse. She gave birth to his two daughters after the arrival of her first child, her mother and nine other sisters came to live in the kaplans home. The martins are staying in a hotel for a while as the epa is forced to turn off their utilities and dig up the property and then fill it with soil.
