This was day one for Pennsylvania Attorney general, Kathleen Kane to work without her law license, she is defending herself against perjury and obstruction charges. G. s office in scranton, she is comfortable with her belief that despite a suspended license she can do 98 of her duties and will not violate the suspension. She believes that and its important to note there are certainly lawyers in the office who believe that her role needs to be more limited.
