prank led to the deadly stabbing in montgomery county yesterday. 32-year-old peter adam stabbed danny vazquez at the meat packing plant the argument started tuesday when vazquez tried to pull a chair out from under adam. it spilled to a physical fight that ended with the stabbing death of vazquez, and adam suffered self-inflicted stab wounds and faces charges of murder tonight. >> tenth enough walking outside in these temperatures but thousands are getting ready to take the plunge into the atlantic ocean this weekend tents are being set up in seaside heights today on saturday this is the site for the 2015 polar bear plunge to benefit special olympics and it was a balmy 35 degrees, we did a live report of you doing this plunge in sea isle city. >> it's not a shock within you go in to 16 degrees below zero, 17 below tomorrow morning and 20 below in the northwestern suburbs, it's rare and dangerous and the cold is going to plummet those frostbite times, if you have to work outside or spend an extended period outdoors have you to cover every extremity and part of your skin it takes 30 minutes tomorrow morning to capture the frostbite and in the poconos as soon as 10 to 15 minutes, those winds are howling 36 miles per hour in philadelphia and 33 in reading and 28 in wilmington and at the shore winds clocking in at 30 miles per hour. the windchills are dropping across the board. 10 below in lancaster and the same for philadelphia and 3 bee lo in wilmington and we'll continue to watch the numbers hit the teen digits in the next three hours. that high squashes any precipitation from forming because the air is so bone dry, that comes from the poles this is called the cross polar flow, the air syphons and builds in siberia and the north pole and you have the slams down into the lower 48 and there is nothing stopping it this go around and this air hitses siberia and the delaware and lehigh valleys, tomorrow morning we expect records in philadelphia and
