rain in the area blocking the intersection. now you can get by. alternates blue route northbound has been a mess with highway shut down. now we switched camera shot. this northbound 6 street ram top schuylkill eastbound you see police set up there and see flares. earlier show saw you the shot and you see the flooding. so what they've done is have police on the scene. you see them here. they're allowing traffic by in right lane. an example of what happened with this mess write roads out there matt. >> breaking overnight a massive fire rips through five homes in chester, delaware county where another broke out days later. matt there were no injured to fire piingters or sill ill yaps and 19 people were forced from homes oaf fight and you can see firefighters wrapped up the scene but there's charred building here chester. it broke out 1:30, 400 block of bickly. when crews arrived they were met with heavy nraimingz. the flames spread along the roof line to other homes. they were able toe put the fire under control and working to make sure this nair was in the walls. a lot of walls needed to be foreign down and out so no shot spots remained. this is second fire in vacant home on this showers or perhaps thunderstorm well north and west of philadelphia later in the afternoon up until about 3:00, 2:30 they i could see how my downpours that there's a cold front slowly neighboring snaking its way through the region this afternoon. by 5 6:00 the fronts willing closer to philadelphia and so we're sxepingting a big, long line of showers and drenching thunderstorms at 6:00 and that
