welfare of a child. the 4-year-old and two other children are in the custody of a relative. homeowners in upper darby are put on alert for a burglary spree. chief michael chitwood says the man broke into five homes since september 20th, he broke in again and stole a cell phone off a sleeping victim's chest. each time the thief got in through a window, they hope to get forensic evidence off a crowbar left at a hom. a batch of marijuana laced with heroin is going around. the drug known as k2, has led to 55 emergency room visits in the last three weeks and half of those happened within of
