office is vowing to try a south jersey father in his son's death again. this after the jury in the murder trial of david creato was unable to reach a verdict. they claimed he smothered his son brandon in order to keep his relationship with his then teenage girlfriend. the jurors told the judge they could not reach a verdict and they remained deadlocked this morning. in a statement today the camden county prosecutors office intends to retry the case against david creato. in bucks county the trial started for lee kaplan the man accused of sexually molesting six girls from the family. saying they were gifted to him because he helped the family out financially and that kaplan fathered two children with the girl. and claimed that she was his wife and did not touch the other girls named in the turn as president trump tries to get on with business in washington. a violent brawl is recorded on cell phone video and posted online. tonight police need your help identifying dozens of people. ahead of a first responders squad in south jersey is facing criminal charges, what investigators are alleging he did for several years. now the details, more trump associates are caught in the web of and a little bit of a change in tone came from the white house today. spokesman, sean spicer referred them to outside council but the president is still tweeting. >> democrats are pushing back that they are delaying the testimony of carter page, a former adviser for the trump campaign. he reiterated his eagerness for a meeting for false or misleading information about him. and trump called the investigation a witch opportunity but they pushed back, saying that the committee plans to review documents before calling witnesses and the pace will be dictated by the needs of of the investigation and not the preferences of outside parties and haunting the white house questions about the president's son-in-law and his dealings with the russian bank known to be the base for russian spies accord plans to combat climate change and reduce greenhouse gas emissions involved 147 faces. no group has claimed responsibility for a massive suicide truck bombing that rocked a secure area of kabul and alerted newark police and they believe it happened on may 21st after one group was denied access to a party on north chapel street. four people were injured including a 22-year-old woman that suffered a concussion. they hope to identify 30 people involved in the brawl. police in upper darby want the public to be on the look out for this man. that devore escaped from the crosser medical center, he is considered dangerous call 911 if you see him. a large tree crashed into three cars on a delaware county road it happened along conestoga road and wooded lane in wayne. you see where the the man accused of stealing a car with a child in the backseat just faced a judge. 31-year-old pedro ortiz was arraigned on carjacking and kidnapping charges, surveillance video captured the incident at a gas station in vineland, new jersey, a woman left her suv unlocked and moments later ortiz jumped in the drivers seat and fled with a 1-year-old boy sleeping behind him and the mom ran out screaming and alerted police who found the car nearby with the baby sleeping inside. also, from new jersey this is maple shade squad chief joseph freed iii he is charged with stealing money from the agency over a three year period. from january of 2011 and february of this year. authorities say that freed made several withdrawals from a bank account to pay personal bills and expenses. police are looking for two violent criminals that mugged a man who was ordering dinner. they show a young man outside of a food truck and one pointed a gun at the man's head be the other went through his
