He was wanted for this attack on a man who suffers from Cerebral Palsy. He did run from the police once but he turned himself in today and was arraigned. Reporter the da says this is baker sucker punching his victim around 2 30 a. M. Were concealing the victims face. The Surveillance Footage is quite clear. The movement is mocked by baker as he enters the store and then this. And then when the victim comes back out, the defendant does it again. Hes making fun of how the victim moves, how he walks. And then out of no where, the victim is just standing there and the defendant just turns and suckerpunches him right across the face. You can see him bleeding out of his nose. Unprovoked . Two men were ejected and flew out and were just gone. Reporter this was the scene sunday afternoon in the aftermath of a deadly speed boat crash during the grand prix race off Point Pleasant beach. At this point theyre bringing two people into the coast guard station. Reporter killed in the crash was 38yearold david rabe of forkd river. His teammate was critically injured. This is a photo of them right before the crash. Authorities say for unknown reasons during one of the races, repeat founder turned and crossed into the path of a both called Smith Brothers. One of the boats was in the air because of rough water and when it came down it basically came down on the other boat.
