The flames started at about 11 15 this morning on the 3200 block of e street. Chopper6 was over the scene. Action news is still working to get updates on the critically injured adults. Firefighters on scene were able to contain the blaze to just one home. The cause of the fire still under investigation. Several homes a hotel and two condo complexes were either damaged or destroyed by an Early Morning fire at the jersey shore. The flames broke out just after 5 00 this morning in the Historic Community of ocean grove Monmouth County just south of asbury park. Anthony johnson from our sister station wabc has the latest. According to court documents, Kashim Thomas shot kavan hail in retaliation for another shooting in january. Hail was able to return fire hitting thomas once. Hail later died. Christie and other lawmakers were on hand at a center in Tenafly Bergen county which has been threatened three times over the phone. Police arrested Juan Thompson at a nome saint louis, missouri. Investigators say thompson made the threats to harass a former girlfriend. Thompson will appear in federal court later today on a cyber stalking charge. He has not been linked to the threats in pennsylvania, new jersey and delaware. Officials have been investigating 122 bomb threats called into nearly 100 jcc facilities nationwide. Philadelphia city leaders gathered at city hall today to denounce the white houses recent actions regarding transgender students. Mayor jim kenney philadelphias schools Superintendent William hite and members of the Mayors Commission on lgbt affairs were all on hand. Today mayor kenney vowed to make sure transgender students in philadelphia are safe. So, easy answer is it doesnt soon that 95 southboundbe any will be reopened. At this point all southbound traffic is still being forced off at woodhaven road. Theyve closed off a portion of eastbound woodhaven road and traffic is just grid locked in this area. 95 southbounds parked coming south of 413 many people are trying to get into new jersey via the burlington bristol bridge, just single digit speeds there. Southbound boulevard has single digit speeds as people try and get away, too, so there really isnt a great alternate for you. Everythings congested but if youre in new jersey coming down to philadelphia, stay in jersey. Use 295 or the turnpike southbound and then come into philly via the walt whitman or ben franklin bridges. Another snow squall just moved through here on the schuylkill expressway. And a car catches fire at a gas station in philadelphia. But the big story on action news tonight is the latest on the fire that sent two grandparents and a small child to the hospital. The blaze attacked a row home in the germantown section of the city. Firefighters converged on the 3300 block of e street at 11 15 this morning. Live at the scene action News Reporter john rawlins. A couple that have been a fixture here for more than 20 years are in Critical Condition at Temple University hospital with burns and other injuries.
