judge's ruling could put the sale in jeopardy. and powerball frenzy. people are buying up tickets as the jackpot soars to one of the big nest history. and meteorologist chris sowers joining us with a look at the accuweather forecast and how this weekend is smaeing up. it doesn't look bad actually it looks milder as we get outside and show you the view of the center city sky line. couple days ago we were concerned of wintery weather come sunday afternoon. now all of a sudden the latest forecast trends are to take the storm system so father north temperatures may climb into 50s sunday. we have a moderating trend here. speaking of moderating. temperatures even though they look cold numbers are higher than yesterday at this time. 22 allentown philadelphia 26 trenton 23, millville 20, wilmington 24. with that said it's cold out there. bundle up first thing this morning. we don't have a gusty breeze. it doesn't feel harsh. it's cold. lots of clouds. that's the trend throughout the afternoon. mostly cloudy skies. temperatures in the 40s. through the morning hours 8:00, 28, above freezing 34 and lunchtime 40. we're anticipating comfortable high of 46 today. as we go wider, here's the funnel sim here. here is the arctic front going to slowly drift south over the next 72 hours. by the time we get to monday that front will shift into the delaware valley. that means whatever moisture we see from moisture here it could stloyp a wintry mix with a light know north and west. that would be monday. i'm talk about that in the 7 day in a bit. >> sounds good. thank you, chris. health officials in montgomery county are investigating a report of suspected case of measles. tests are being done now to confirm the diagnosis in 15-year-old boy. the news has parents in montgomery county on alert. "action news" reporter dann cuellar has the details. >> reporter: health officials did not make anyone available speak on camera. they e-mailed us a statement. parents and others are concerned health authorities are not saying wherein montgomery county this suspected measles case s. or where the 15-year-old boy goes to school or for that matter who he may have been in "in recent days. >> for people that don't have shots or babies that may come in contact with him that would be really bad for them. >> reporter: in a statement the montgomery county health department says the 15-year-old boy is self isolating in their home under their guidance. the doctor suspects he has the measles. the patient has been evaluated and testing conducted owe to determine if it's a true case of measles and specimens are being delivered to the state public health laboratory and the investigation is ongoing. this doctor from cooper university hospital says this in general. >> as long as quarantined and only in contact with people that had measles or measles vaccination then everybody should be fine. the problem comes when he's exposed to people who have not had the disease or who have not had the vaccination. it's highly contagious. >> reporter: this comes amid measles outbreak in the united states with more than 100 cases reported. measles were completely eliminated in this country 15 years ago. they can be serious and in some cases leading to swelling of the brain and death which is part of the reason some parents and others are concerned the health department is not giving out information about the suspected case. >> if they're not telling you who it is then i don't think that's fair. >> i think they need to be more forthcoming and let everybody know what is going on owe so we can be aware and identify where this kid is and make sure our kids are imuniced dr. westburg of cooper are urging all parents that have not had children vaccinated do so regardless of where the case turns out to be in this very large montgomery county. that's the latest, i'm dan cuellar, "channel 6 action news." >> our coverage of the measles in america continues on 6abc.com. we'll be updating any possible cases in our area and we posted answers to frequently asked questions about the disease. plus to look back at the deadly 1991 outbreak right here in philadelphia. health officials confirmed rosa's restaurant in mercer county was cited for employee hand washing violations a month before a worker tested positive for hepatitis a and workers were handling food with bare hands. three customers contracted the disease and they have not said if their cases were linked to the worker diagnosis in november. this time. philadelphia ten trenton 12 and poconos 18. here's the big picture. there's really not much to talk about in the short term. this is is arctic boundary here and this runs the cap aidian border through the weekend and it drifts further south as we goat monday an area of low pressure develops and pulls south and that is just in time for monday morning commute. could be rain in the city. north and west that rain mixes in with a little sleet and freezing rain and maybe wet snow by afternoon. here's the storm track. this is water vapor image. you can see everything norm west to
