news" tonight is ebola in new york. and tonight-, doctors are treating the patient and health detectives are repraiseing that patient's steps over the last several days. answer news reporter sharee williams is live at the big board tonight. sharee we're getting a good deal of information tonight. that is the case, jim and there's a measure of concern tonight as we now know this person was moving along round new york city and including going to a bowling alley. he used public transportation and even took a car service in the hours before he reported showing symptoms. the patient is craig spencer. here he is. he's 33 years old. and we also know he works at new york presbyterian columbia hospital in emergency medicine and more recently he was in west africa working with organization doctors without borders and today he fell ill. positive for ebola. that's the word from preliminary test for patient craig spencer. it's the first case of virus in new york and late tonight health officials and mayor of america's largest city trying to quell fears after learning he was in public places such as bowling alley and also using train and subway system just yesterday. >> and we
