and this investigation is ongoing. a man had to be pulled from delaware river near penns landing last night. sky6hd camera caught philadelphia police marine unit responding to scene 7:30 p.m.. they were able to find the man and bring him back to shore. we're told he was not injured but still no word tonight how he ended up in the water in the first place. >> in north philadelphia investigators say a 24-year-old man was shot in the face 4 times today in broad daylight. the gunfire interrupted 9:00 this morning, 2900 block of north park avenue. officials say he was shot in face, ears and thigh. the victim was rushed to the hospital where he remains in critical condition no arrests in this case yet. detectives hope to solve an assault investigation. before 3 a.m. this morning a 39-year-old man from texas was punched unconscious corner of 18 and walnut as men reportedly defended group of women harassed. investigators are looking for the person responsible. we'll have a full report coming up at 11:30. >> well a man is spending the night behind bars in berks county after allegedly stealing an ambulance in reading. the emergency vehicle was stolen here outside the abraham lincoln hotel 5 and washington before 6 a.m. medics left it running while treating a patient inside. investigators say 47-year-old kevin fountain simply drove off leaving officers on a 10 mile
