And arctic conditions also resulted in an icy scene as part of the aftermath of a six alarm fire that broke out yesterday morning. You can see how the building remained encased in ice. The blaze broke out yesterday morning at a commercial building on the 4600 block of griscom street in the frankford section. Three people were hurt including a fire fighter. The cause of the fire remains under investigation. Fire fighters had to deal with both fire and cold this afternoon in chester delaware county. Flames broke out shortly before 5 00 oclock in the two story, twin home in the 1100 block of the street. Fire fighters sounded a second alarm a short time later because of the heavy smoke. Investigators say the cause was a fast moving snow squall that created white out conditions. Police in allentown are investigating a suspicious death. Investigators say they discovered a asian womans body in the recycling container in the parking lot off of east tillman street the this afternoon they say shes between 18 and 30 years old and approximately 5 feet tall.
