only one of 13 officers charged a man from po mow who police say kidnapped exgirlfriend kept her in a box for months and later killed her as since been killed himself. james martin horn fled from police custody after charged three weeks ago. horn kept sandra k. suton in wooden box off and on for four months until she escaped last month and during the search for horn the bodies of suton and her
