Last winter we had el nino which means warmer waters and this year its cooler waters and that impacts the weather here and all around the world. La nina is expected to stick winter. What does la nina represent . It means colder and wetter weather in the Northern Tier of the United States and drier and warmer weather down to the south. So our friends in texas will be baking this winter, while here at home were probably going to have to deal with a little bit more snow than we saw last year, which wasnt much.
