A high school in akron closed today after a fire in the building over the weekend. Luckily no was injured. Four engines and two ladder trucks were on the scene. There was some light smoke that escaped into the hallways. Tia police are investigating another smashandgrab in east cleveland. It happened on euclid and superior avenues around 5 00 this morning an a. T. M. Was taken from the store. Keep in mind this is the 27th smashandgrab crime in the area since the first of the year. Police do not have any suspects at this time. A double homicide that happened early sunday morning. A 22yearold and 23yearold were shot and killed. They were found laying in the street when multiple gunshot wounds when officers arrived. It happened around 2 00 a. M. On east 86th street. The victims were pronounced dead at university hospital.
