It kicked off at 10 00 a. M. And went on for more than two hours. Shelby miller was there and she spoke to people who call it a yearly tradition. A lot of fun. People grabbed their chairs and lined up for clevelands annual labor day parade. Some people told me they came out to see local politicians. Others said they had friends in the marching band.
