in the first alert center with the latest. john? >> all right. tiffany, what is a flash flood watch about? locally heavy downpour that causes creeks and streams to rise rapidly. and also causes roads that are in low-lying areas to become flood watch through sunday evening at 8:00, exceptions erie county, ottowa, sandusky, seneca county, but just about all of us are going to be dealing with the possibility of some flooding rains. very, very quiet out there right now. doll lop up here heading across the islands, moderate showers. light stuff is very spotty but no, we are not out of the woods on this. as what little there is moves through here, more is on way, up through central ohio and back down through southern illinois and points even farther south and west. so this will continue to work its way across through the night and into the day tomorrow. quite a range of rainfall amounts. nearly a third of inch at cleveland through 8:00 this evening, we have had it since then. almost a quarter inch in toledo, akron and canton, more than half an inch and half an inch through 8:00 at youngstown and more on let's carry this right right through 8:00 on sunday. that's when this all comes to and and you can see we are look at the possibility of another three quarters of an ininch of rain, half inch of rain in others. we will deal with locally heavy down pores. 1-3" in the entire east 120th and euclid, and one on jensen, no word right now on their conditions. well, a decomposed body cleveland. police responded to the 1,000 block at east 141st street. the medical examiner identified the victim as 55 year-old jeffrey casey. investigators are looking for clues to help figure out how he died. trouble for the football program, head coach nate moore is accused of a recruiting violation. the ohio high school athletic association issued some steep penalties. $5,000 fine and 3 years probation. this is a busy weekend at kent state university. class registrations were accidently canceled earlier this week for students who had not paid tuition for fall semester. the school sent an e-mail to students apologizing. staffers are working today and tomorrow to fix that problem. this is the day to honor gay pride in cleveland. a march and festival took place that was canceled prior to this, and hundreds of people turned celebration. >> for years the lgbtq
