Theyre accused of putting crushed, red hot pepper in their teachers drink and their teacher became sick. Those three girls are in trouble with the law. Theyre only 12 years old. They were arrested yesterday after thursdays incident with their teacher. Authorities say one student got teacher sent her to the Principals Office on monday. The student was accused of dumping glue in another students backpack and allegedly stealing a computer. She grabbed some crushed hot pepper at home. The second student distracted the teacher and the third poured the crushed red pepper in that drink. The teacher began to choke and couldnt breathe. He doesnt want to invest it makes sense to be efficient to go elsewhere. Okay, now we have to move onto trump and Chris Christie, the republicans have their eye on super tuesday as well. Chris christie just endorsed donald trump. How much of a difference do you think its going to make for him . Its a block buster endorsement. Its also important to him because it comes on the heels of rubio just getting a flood of endorsements across the board. In terms of whether it makes a difference for voters, determined to be seen. Do you think the endorsements that rubio is picking up are the same sort of matches, one from Chris Christie equals 10 for rubio . Thats interesting. Rubio is getting a lot more endorsements. Who knows what impact it will have. Folks that are pretty serious now think trumps going to win because you would have thought endorsed kasich, someone more similar to him. Also at this point in the game were usually talking about a candidate whos won South Carolina, et cetera, as the front runner, were not doing that just yet about trump. Come tuesday we might. Who due think he might pick as a running mate . Based on recent history you would think he would pick someone from florida or ohio. Ohio john cissic would kasich would be a natural choice. There are other options. Maybe even rick scott. It would not surprise me to see a floridian. A female or minority be a good option for him . Maybe. Theres still a lot of things out there that can utilize that and still embrace that human touch, but for the most part were still good to go. How frustrated do most people get when you get some automated teller on the phone . You want to tear your hair out. Every time. You want that human voice. Its something that they cant do. They cant answer questions if youre pushing buttons or going through Different Services of systems it just doesnt pay out. Lets say you do get replaced by an Automated System or robot. A fiewj taif wanted a fugitive wanted in tampa has been arrest inside ohio. Pulled over by police in ohio for a traffic stop on friday. Kelly gave officers his brothers name who lived in tampa, florida. He began to chew after his fingertips in an attempt to not be identified. However, officers recognized his tattoos from a previous record. Kelly remains locked up in an ohio county jail while he awaits transport back to florida. Developing this morning Orange County sheriffs deputies want to know if you know the bat man bandit. They say a man who sometimes wears a bat man mask and hoodie has been hitting stores in Orange County for the past his mask slipped during a recent hold up. The suspect described as hispanic in his 20s or 30s. Deputies believe hes robbed about eight stores in the last month. They just made their first appearance in front of a judge. Jackie orozco is there. Are they getting out of jail any time soon or being held for other things . Reporter yeah, theyre going to be held at the juvenile Detention Center for 21 days. Thats what the judges ordered and theyll be going back to court next week. Those three girls were in tears when they were walking in shackled here at the main jail. They were transported from the juvenile Detention Center, and i did speak with one of the students parents and they told me shes a good kid. Shes been in trouble with the participate in what theyre all accused of, poising their teach everything. The students are accused of spiking red pepper in their teachers drink. Authorities say one student got mad after the 52yearold teacher sent her to the Principals Office on monday. According to the Sheriffs Office she grabbed some crushed, red hot pepper to pour in her teachers soda and she did become ill. The second student distracted the teacher while the third student poured that crushed red pepper in that soda. Now the three students are being charged with poisoning food or water and tampering with consumer products. Those are felony charges. So when the parents were here, some of them didnt want to speak with us on camera, but those parents that i did talk to with one of the students again they said they were in tears. New this Morning Police are investigating after a suspicious package forced the evacuation of two restaurants. Happened last night, and the Police Spotted a large bag in the womans restroom after 10 30 p. M. Authorities cleared out people from the theater and the two nearby restaurants. The bomb squad determined the items in the bag were not has hazardous, but they have one someone theyre calling a person of interest. In the day ahead, construction will slowly start ultimate project there after a worker was killed in a Construction Zone wednesday. Investigators say 34yearold Marvin Franklin was struck and killed when a dump truck backed up and ran over him. Franklin worked for sglk{rr constructors. Appearing to be a murder suicide after authorities responded to a call from a man claiming he shot and killed his family. Can they get it . Thats the number one question even though they havent traveled to those countries. They want to know as i live here in florida and as the cases rise can i get the virus . Thats when the education comes in. What do you tell them . What are they most concerned with . Getting it somewhere else and bringing it back . Of course theyre concerned about their babies because it can lead to birth defects. The cases that have been reported here in florida are travelrelated cases. Traveled to those countries. And they come backh0o y into the state of florida already infected and we hear of their viruses, so there havent been any local cases of zika virus here. Thats more reassuring. I do tell them, of course, to refrain from traveling to those countries because thats the biggest warning that we give pregnant moms if you can help it try not travel to those country where is zika has been reported endemic. If for some reason they have to what do you recommend . The center for Disease Control website has a whole, comprehensive list of things that women should do when they travel to those countries, not just pregnant women, but also women who are considering pregnancy. So they have to travel to those countries we definitely recommend insect repellent. Number one. Not sexy, but you need to bring it. Its safe for breast feeding. Good to know. Wear long sleeved shirts and long pants. We still recommend long sleeves on the arms and the legs. Tent, being sure youre not outside where mosquitoes are visible. No camping. Exactly, no camping. If you do make sure its tented and make sure sls theres a mosquito net. Stay away from freestanding water because mosquitoes love freestanding water. Less chance youll get bitten by a mosquito. Some tough consequences for these three girls. A fugitive wanted a tampa has been arrested in many ohio. Kirk kelly was pulled over in ohio for a traffic stop on friday. He gave officers his brothers name. While in custody he began to chew off his fingertips in an attempt to not be identified. However officers recognized his tattoos from a previous record. Officers contacted the Tampa Police Department they were told he was want the in florida. Kelly remains locked up in an ohio county jail while awaiting transport back to florida. Were looking for details in morning about a controversial takedown caught on camera after an alleged shoplifting case in florida. Get on the ground. Turn around. It will cost an estimated 12,000. Ordering the state law requiring women to wait 24 hours before getting an abortion. Governor rick scott signed the law but yesterdays Appeals Court ruling says a Circuit Court judge failed to approve the need for the injunction.
