hospital, they confirmed it to me. he's now at university hospital. early reports early on said a bullet entered a wall of a home. we don't know if that was internally or if the bullet entered from outside of the house. again, we're working to confirm reports that a minor here on wolcott street was the unintended target of gunfire. when i asked, however, darlene, if they were involved in this, they said no. >> thank you. this morning a man was zap and slashed by two robbers. police say this was an inside job. police say these two men were armed with a taser and nievgs. they forced their way into the apartment. he was attacked when he tried to fight back. they got away with money and a safe and two watches. the man's roommate helped the crooks. he was arrested. the other two men are still on the run. a police officer is expected to file a lawsuit. delores sharp was charged with misdemeanor resisting arrest back in 2013. she says she was racially harassed and illegally arrested by fellow officers while parking outside a west ham store. a jury cleared her of all choorj charges this morning. >> "weather and traffic on the 4s." the veterans day parade is going to kick off in a of the houses in this neighborhood. it shows the car speeding down gerritson avenue. it happened at 4:50 in the morning, but it wasn't until the next day the resident noticed the damage to the fence. the harbor unit was called and responded and found the dark colored car, pulled it out of the car. inside they found 31-year-old james miro. they looked out their window and didn't see anything. it was dark and they didn't realize something awful had happened. >> i noticed the fence was damaged. when i saw the video we talked about it a little bit. we thought it's possible a car could actually still be in there. >> police are investigating. was it an accident or foul play. he only lived 10 minutes away from this neighborhood. back to you, michael. >> thank you very much. this morning a new jersey child therapist is accused of abused a teen patient. the 38-year-old is behind bars on federal charges. the fbi said he groomed a 16-year-old patient who aspired to become a model. he used a fake e-mail account to help the teen perform sex acts. he worked at the juvenile center in clifton. the wife of a mcdonald's franchise owner found debt in her home. police say it was no accident. a caretaker discovered the 83-year-old body in the laundry room yesterday. the social ieft suffered a blunt force trauma. a small fire extinguisher is missing from the home. there are no signs of forced we are. they'll continue to push this to the east and northeast. the projected track of the storm actually moving northeast at about 40 miles an hour. it will jump out into the middle of the atlantic. look at this path. nobody either side of that. we're in good shape. meantime future tracker shows the clouds and the showers exiting. at least the showers and the drizzle will exit. i think the clouds will hang tough at noontime. the clouds may thicken up toward morning leading to a few more showers. we've got a front coming up tomorrow. behind that front it will turn progressively chilly. again, and two men who were shot will recover. police identified a woman found dead in garage. this morning the medical examiner is trying to find out how she died. they found the body of 50-year-old pamela davis inside her neighbor's garage yesterday, sources telling news 4 she was decapitated and wrapped in a blanket. she had been missing since late last month. glshe ha been seen a block away from where she was ultimately found. the fire is under control now at an old new jersey armory, but firefighters are keeping a clos eye on hot spots. that fire still smouldering in some places at the century-old vacant building. the massive fire grew to seven alarms. people living close by were told >> we're expected to learn about that small plane crash in akron, ohio. >> it is believed there are no survivors, however, officials can only confirm at this point no people died. the business jet slammed into a vacant apartment building and immediately burst into flames yesterday afternoon. a arbitrator's recommendation give them 1% payntaise over two years. they've been working with an expired contract since 2010. governor cuomo plans to raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour. thatawill be
