And Derrick Stafford are facing charges of seconddegree murder he was killed when the city marshals opened fire on his fathers suv. Chris few was critically injuried during the police chase. Jeremy buckled in the front seat was struck several times in the head and chest. In a press conference on friday, colonel Mike Edmonson declined to say why they were in pursuit of chris few. An investigation has been under way with the 911 calls and witness testimony and body cam video worn by the officers which has not been released. Describing the video. So when you go to the stores youre going to see a lot of different kind of yams. Youre going to see these big ones which we call jumbos. Then youre going to see the number one yams like this. Folks, theres really not that much difference between these yams. If youre going to make a casserole, or a pie or cook them, you can buy these bigger yams. They cost less money and theyre basically the same thing. The jumbos cost less money. Oh. If youre going to just bake them whole like this, youre really not going to eat a yam this size. Youre probably going to eat Something Like this. When buying them you want to look for yams that dont have any blemishes on it. You want to make sure that the ends the end are the most important thing. Thats where they go bad first. And you want to make sure theyre heavy for their size. And people say whats the difference between a sweet the sweet potato is a variety of yam. What does it say on this box . Sweet potatoes. What does it say here . Yams. Actually, the same thing. The yam because its more orange on the inside, its actually sweeter. So youll see some Sweet Potatoes, local Sweet Potatoes in your super market. Theyre a little whiter than these, but theyre not as sweet. What they do with yams is, once the yams are grown, they cure them. That means they put them in a heated room for about a week, brings the starch in them and turns it into su gar gar so theyre sweeter. The Rodney Dangerfield of the vegetables, which is the wax turnip. This is my favorite of all. This is something that people what you do is what you want to look for is a wax turnip, maybe sure theyre heavy for their size, you want this purpling on here. The root part the top here, that should be hard and it should be very heavy. You can tell if this is old because the wax will be dull on it and the turnip itself will be light. When you bring them home, you want them not in the refrigerator. You want to put them in a place thats cool out of the light. If youve never tried turnips, try them. Im telling you theyre really good. Cook them like you cook a potato. Bake it . No no, like when you make mashed potatoes. So cut them and boil them . Yes. You should make some and invite me over. You make some. Next is the yukon gold potatoes. Free of blemishes. You want to make sure you keep them out of the light. Thats right because potatoes turn green. Keep them in a cool place.
