The nypd says the man pulling the trigger is yearold Ruben Pizarro, nicknamed chulo. Leader, wanted for this killing that happened two days before thanksgiving. Police say thats pizarro firing at victim david rivera at 9 00 in the morning. Eventually killing rivera against the wall of a bronx day care. We went back there and viewed the video. There re people with children outside within firing distance. Reporter rivera, a rival gang member, used to be friends with pizarro. Police say jealousy over a girl tu myrned them into enemies. This killing is the fourth time ruben went aftsr pizarro.
