They would allow them to get work permits and other benefits. The 26 states led by texas that argue against it say that, number one, president obama doesnt have the authority to do that, only congress does. They also argue that this is states in terms of the money they would have to spend just to issue drivers licenses. So those arguments begin today, betty betty.
