The suspicious death earlier this week, now deemed a homicide. Neighbors like goodwin came home monday to a shocking site. I came home and saw police cars. I just thought there was like a fight or something, because she had someone staying with her, and sometimes they fought. So i just thought it was a noise complaint. I didnt think it would be this at all. Of her death but authorities have not commented on that. Crime scene investigators were at the home, collecting evidence from inside and the backyard, where attention was also paid to a couple of char marks. Boucher leaves behind an exhusband and son in massachusetts. And many friends wondering what would have happened. And it was just a comforting presence to have her over there. Part of merrimack county now under an extreme drought warning. And tougher water restrictions. The city council has approved a complete ban on watering of the lawn. Hand watering of vegetables and doesnt just affect the homeowners. Parks and two golf courses on city water cannot use irrigation systems. Nothing for the parks. The golf courses can do tees and greens so they dont lose those. But nothing no fairways, no rough. Portsmouth expects the restrictions will remain in place for the rest of the season. And in manchester, we have received just about half of what we normally get. We could use the rain. There are showers on doppler radar. We could get an additional shower here or there, tomorrow. This time with the republican candidates for the second Congressional District who are former state representative, jim lawrence and Jack Flanagan. Heres a recap of what went on. And this is a tight race, considered too close to call. The winner will take on the democratic incumbent congresswoman annie kuster. Both candidates agree they second Congressional District seat. We can do better than annie kuster. Shes ineffective. Its time for us to send new effective leadership to washington. My opponent has shown a tendency to say something, to talk tough when it comes to supporting the second amendment. But unfortunately, when it comes to supporting those issues, he hasnt always been there. The reality is, hes filling out surveys, okay . Im actually introducing legislation. Amending the Affordable Care act. Do you want people suffering from cancer not to get treated . Cant have it both ways, jack. You just said you wanted to take a federal law away with obamacare, and its expanded medicaid. Expanded medicaid is a component of the Affordable Care act. Reporter they also touched on zika funding and how to handle syrian refugees, Jack Flanagan suggesting safe zones overseas. As a military veteran, i am sick and tired of nonvets saying they want to put american soldiers in harms way for Police Actions somewhere else. So, you know, i just think thats one thing hopefully people took home with them, was that when it comes to issues, well, this is a race that could be as tight as any of them in this primary election season. And the secretary of state has just released its voter turnout predictions for tuesday. They expect 126,000 republicans to vote and expects democrats will have about 86,000 voters. A salem man was found guilty of filming women with a hidden camera in a massachusetts restaurant. Joseph hennessey was convicted person in a state of nudity. Police say hennessey placed a camera in a flower pot inside the womens bathroom, the kickstand caf . , in arlington, massachusetts, back in 2014. Hennessey will be sentenced on september 26. One of the nations largest banks will have to pay millions to its customers in a record fine. The Consumer FinancialProtection Bureau slapped wells fargo with a 185 million fine deposit accounts and charging customers, without the injuries knowing. More than 5,000 wells fargo employees have been fired. The bureau says more than two million savings and credit accounts were opened illegally.
