This is fresh lobster. If you can take a look, there are big chunks in their and i use the tail meat. The key is to not use too much mayonnaise. Use good mayonnaise. Not to say a namebrand, but a local brand, allnatural, and that is what i use. A little bit of lemon juice. Dont overdo the mayonnaise. I took some small rolls, grill them on this griddle.
