Police say the man entered on north main street about 2 30 yesterday afternoon, pulled out a knife, and asked the clerk if he wanted to die. When the robber started grabbing money from the register, the clerk got a stick and started fighting back. The suspect is described as a white man in his 40s with gray facial hair. Police are looking for a man that robbed pierres place around 6 00. A canine was able to track the suspect in to brattleboro before losing the scent. The robber was described as 52 and thin. A highspeed chase at epping at nearly 130 miles per hour. 29yearold Kenneth Coogan lost control, went airborne, and finally came to rest about 100 feet over an embankment.
