What could have been a multialarm emergency was handled quickly due to crews being in the right place at the right time. Dozens of neighbors in a manchester Apartment Building found themselves out in the Cold Saturday morning after a fire broke out. I was in the bathroom, actually, shaving all of the sudden i smelled smoke didn t smell like a fire, i went out in the hallway and there was just smoke covered.
