Reporter a londonderry detective said this is the worst case of animal neglect hes ever seen, the dog was walking on its bones with they found it. This is what the shitzu looked like when Police Officers responded monday night for a report of an abandoned dog at 112 rockingham road. In court paperwork the officer described finding the dog. As i crouched to inspect him further the overwhelming stench gag and cough. Jada demos is one of the two women who left the dog living in its own filth, the officer found soiled and puppy bags, brown dirty water that had a film on top of it. Jennifer moscardini is the second woman charged in the case. They face identical charges of failing to get the dog vaccinated or registered and three counts of cruelty to animals. Heres that front setting up shop to our west, it builds in tomorrow morning, so a good part of the evening is dry statewide. A few flurries could develop in the great north woods and White Mountains. And this front will be right on top of us during the precounty hours of tomorrow morning and that signals a big change heading our way for the weekend. Temperature wise right now, it is cold, but were not talking about anything unseasonable. The winds fairly light, not all that frigid. Overnight tonight, last night many spots were zero or well, well be well above zero by morning. Again, once we get past mid morning tomorrow, thats when it will feel like zero or below. Then we get into that dangerous occurring in 10 to 15 minutes, later tomorrow, into sunday morning. Here it is, that cold pool of arctic air slowly oozing in our direction, by tomorrow late morning and afternoon those wind chills will be between 20 and 30 below, as the wind gust to between 20 and 30 or 35 miles per hour. Again that arctic front timeline is during the predawn hours through about seven or eight in the morning. The best shot of snow showers and squalls will be in tupper valley, lakes region points north, but cab rule out one or two brief snow showers or isolated squalls even in southern New Hampshire. By nine or ten in the morning all of that pushing off to the east, gusty winds begin to crank up out of the northwest and temperatures that start off in the single numbers and low to mid teens end up in the single numbers in southern New Hampshire and around zero up north later in the day. Plenty of sunshine on sunday, but deceiving sun at that. The highs tomorrow, those will be reached during the early part of the day as the winds crank frostbite to occur in only 10 to 15 minutes, thats when the wind chill warning kicks into effect for saturday evening through early sunday, and notice the high temperatures on sunday, struggling to hit zero north and coast.
