s miriah turner. with a look of the forecast. some snow bands in the area. miriah: some snow flurries their way through. they are moving out, we see more especially around the evening commute. taking a look outside, a few fine flurries making their way. we have these flurries make their way through. a closer look seeing where the remnants are mostly on the area. few flakes. all in all, this is moving out. it will be around 5:00, 6:00, snow showers. they could bring us anywhere this evening. taking a look at temperatures, 25 degrees at cvg, you can see the wind currently out of the southwest and nine miles an hour, in dayton, 10 miles. stronger wind to the north and west. with this front that' s pushing through, we are looking at window picking up this afternoon details on that, coming up. lisa: developing now -- four people in columbus ohio recovering after what appears to be a random attack at restaurant there. wlwt news 5' s brian hamrick is s apartment. brian? brian: the victims are recovering, four of them. the suspect is dead. police have identified the man, but we still don' t know really attack. lots of questions out there today. we have learned the fbi was at this apartment complex overnight tonight. the fbi was here, they took several plastic containers from the area. the suspect is identified as mohammed very -- barry. the fbi has been very tightlipped about this. into the restaurant and for no apparent reason, began attacking people with a machete. police threw chairs and finally gotten stopped. but for people were injured. they are all expected to recover. barry took off, and police caught up with him about five miles from the scene of the attack. officers say they lunged at him -- he lunged at them with a couple of large knives, and that is where he was shot to death by police. today, they are still trying to determine exactly what sparked this attack. did it have anything to do with terrorism? or was it a random act by a demented individual? still lots of questions, and the story is still developing today. reporting live, brian hamrick, wlwt news 5. lisa: former president bill clinton is in town. looking to generate enthusiasm and votes for his wife' s presidential run. mark: her showing in the nation' s first primary was eclipsed by bernie sanders. let' s find out about today' s agenda by going live to wlwt news 5' cultural arts center, three hours from now. to some, bill clinton remains a political rock star. his rally location was finalized just over 24-hours ago. it wasn' t originally on the former president' s schedule. but, in the wake of the way new hampshire was feeling the bern, the hillary campaign is ramping up its public opportunities. thus, this afternoon' s public rally at the clifton cultural arts center that does not cost a grand for admission or 27 big ones for a photo memory. hillary won the ohio primary eight years ago, but did not come close to carrying hamilton county. so, the clinton camp would probably be wise to not take granted. david mann: well, number one, he' s a very, very popular democrat and if i needed a surrogate, that' s the one i would want. and i think he' s beginning to help us build public interest in the campaign and is going to rally hillary clinton supporters. we need that. john: mayor john cranley is greeting clinton. he is at this private fundraiser. we' re about a month from the ohio primary. both bernie sanders and hillary clinton have now committed to appearing together two days before that vote at the annual democratic party legacy dinner in columbus, as the campaign locally and throughout the state starts to juice up. reporting live downtown, john london, wlwt news 5. mark: for the public rally later this afternoon. the doors open at 2:00. the event itself is scheduled to start at 3:00. lisa: hillary clinton is coming off her latest debate with it was heated at times, as the candidates discussed campaign issues like wall street, healthcare, and immigration. one week from tomorrow voters will come out for the nevada democratic caucus. lisa: while the democrats focused on the debate, the republican candidates were drumming up support in south carolina. donald trump is considered the favorite in south carolina, and the other candidates are working to catch up. on monday, former president george w. bush is expected to join his brother jeb on the campaign trail. ohio governor john kasich says, he' s trying to preserve the positive message that carried hampshire. the south carolina republican primary, is next saturday. prescription. wlwt news 5' s dan griffin is in the newsroom with how it all will work. good afternoon, dan. dan: kroger says naloxone, also known as narcan, will be available in cincinnati and northern kentucky stores starting monday. without a prescription. this means 84 pharmacies in ohio and 16 pharmacies in northern kentucky. store pharmacists say they worked on a physician-approved protocol for months. that means addicts or family members can come in for a consultation, get the drug, and learn about how to use it and treatment options. state leaders say this is a big deal, considering ohio and kentucky are listed in the top five states for overdose deaths. ve got a long way to go. i think attorney general mike dewine said it well -- that this is about saving lives here today, and that has to be where because we' re in a crisis -- if we don' t, we' more lives being snuffed out, dreams being lost. dan: kroger says without $99. t about empowering patients to stay february 17. 216 kroger pharmacies total will dispense the drug across ohio without a prescription. lisa: a 42-year-old man being held on a $20,000 bond, this afternoon. accused of manufacturing drugs. and police say -- - it was all happened not far from two harrison ohio schools. eric noah, is now charged with possession and making meth. police say two elementary schools aren' t far from noah' s residence. they say a child also lived in the home, where the drugs were just into the wlwt news 5 newsroom, a vague threat was written in a bathroom stall in florida, found yesterday. bomb sniffing dogs and deputies were brought in to search the school and nothing was found, no one arrested. there was an extra police presence at the school today to be on the safe side. mark: the man suspected in a string of bank robberies across northern kentucky, is now behind bars. lisa: zachary prince was in court this morning, facing three robbery charges. he was arrested thursday after an officer who was going to check-up on a tip, spotted prince driving a car that matched the description of the bank robber' s vehicle. sergeant jon sterling was in the right place at the right time. jon sterling: i think he saw my car, and then looked up, his eyes met mine and he didn' t really drive to try to get away, but he was driving too fast for somebody who had a cop behind him. stopped him at his own house. was definitely nervous. lisa: right now, prince is charged with robbing the bb-and-t bank on dixie highway, the fort mitchell u.s. bank, and a fifth third bank in covington. additional charges could be filed. he' s being held on $300,000 bond. mark: in hartwell. a cincinnati firefighter was injured this morning -- while fighting a truck fire. it happened just before 7:00 on vine street near caldwell street. a truck' s brakes had caught on fire. while firefighters were putting it out, one of the truck tires exploded, hitting the firefighter. no word on the extent of the injuries. s name has not been released. an update to a story, you saw only on wlwt. an elderly woman, hurt and left on the floor of a middletown the butler county coroner 74-year-old barbara tuggle works. but they' re 18 months away from large-scale trials. the outbreak in brazil and abroad has been declared a worldwide health emergency by the world health organization. it' s resulted in birth defects and could even be linked to vision problems. lisa: the bus driver that hit and killed an indianapolis elementary school principal will not face criminal charges. the marion county prosecutor says the driver was not impaired by drugs or alcohol and there is no video of the incident. because of that, indiana law not give rise to a crime. city' s far northeast side killed amy beverland, timing of when you can see that. a frigid valentine' s day as well, and potentially early taking a broad look at what we are seeing systemwide, there is low-pressure and a cold front disturbance sitting off to the north. snow showers moving in this evening ahead of that. we reinforce some cold air in the region and arctic air for the northeast. we will be cold, but it will be colder and other
