judge this morning. court documents show the 18-year-old tried to rob the gun. the victim was shot in the back side and his arm was grazed by a bullet. the victim was able to identify him as the shooter. bond was set at $1 million. mark: a man wielding a sword officers. police were called to mcneil street on monday after a caller said the neighbor was threatening to set the building on fire.
