may. >> i have just been going through hell, just going through hell. reporter: police say his killers are two members of a rap entertainment group called fdd. >> you killed somebody, and it' s the bible thou shall not kill because when you kill everything starts unfolding. reporter: now detectives say even more rappers have been charged in a violent drug operation. just look at all their drugs is another student at wilmington college. thursday evening, jadie and other students packed this room on campus for what she says was advertised as and active shooter -- and = active shooter seminar. as the wilmington police officer conducting the event began talking. >> two students walked into the room from opposite doors and started firing the airsoft guns into the crowd of students. reporter: jadie says she was about 2 to 3 feet away from one of the shooters when he fired right at her. >> and then i felt it and i saw him and i' m like oh he shot me and then they proceeded up the isle shooting. and after the end the cop collected the guns and started asking ok who got shot? reporter: jadie says a handful of students raised their hands. >> we hardly could believe something like this would take reporter: wilmington college says it' s unfortunate this happened. a spokesman says the college judgement about how the training should be conducted. >> i hope this never gets repeated anywhere again. reporter: jadie' s parents say they understand the need for active shooting seminars but say using any type of loaded gun is irresponsible. >> we' ve got to do it but lets do it smart. it needs to be done properly and not done with the scare tactics. reporter: and without the potential for serious injury. should not have to worry about what battle scars i should come away with. mike: jd says that they were no waivers or warnings. please could not comment until they spoke with the officer. sheree: a baby thrown from a violent roll over record. it was on to 75. it could be tied to drugs. s would -- emily wood is with us. reporter: fort thomas police are feeling new clues in a crash that could be factors, it is a possibility that both speed and drugs could be a possibility. meals were found in the car, track marks will found on the arm of the driver. the focus is on the condition of the seven month-year-old. according to the witness , the child flew 30 feet before landing on the ground. this happened on to 75 eastbound just east of the 471 exit. a four-door sedan somehow drove off the white side and ejected three of the four people inside. edelman in the backseat with the baby is currently in critical condition. the front seat passenger, a man he was talking and alert at the scene. he is in stable condition. police say it is unclear if any of the for property crime district five had 893 cases in 2015. down by more than 100 incidents from 2014. mike: -- sheree: cincinnati police are taking extra caution tonight. after a hacker group posted the personal information of officers online. police have launched a cyber investigation to try and figure out if the anonymous' attack was local or imported. the group called a recent police shooting murder. and they released more than 50 response. >> we' re seeing our officers in uniform and out of uniform across the country being targeted. so, this is very, very serious. we' re taking it very serious and we want to make sure our officers are safe. sheree: the links to the site were taken down early this morning after being up for part of the weekend. the city of cincinnati will review its while eating at a columbus-area restaurant. one of the 4 victims injured in the attack earlier this month, describing the chaos and his actions, that helped stop mohamed barry. >> i just decided right there, i can use my body strength and i can stop him. maybe not kill him, of course not, but i can slow him down at out. mike: billy foley was stabbed at least seven times during the attack. police credit foley, and other employees and customers for helping fend off barry, including throwing chairs at him. barry was killed in a confrontation with police. sheree: a michigan community coming together tonight after a shooting spree this weekend that killed six people. a crowd packed a kalamazoo church for tonight' s vigil. while the community mourns new details are coming out about what happened during saturday' s shooting spree. an indiana man says he chose to get an uber, after hearing reports of an active shooter. the uber was driven by the suspect, jason dalton. >> our interaction with him was very basic. it was, like, a five-minute ride. and i said, ' you' re not the shooter, are you?' he said ' no and i said ' are you sure?' and he kind of just said ' no, i' m just tired. i' ve been driving for 7 hours' sheree: uber says they received complaints about dalton from several passengers, during the nearly five hour shooting rampage. the company' s security chief says dalton cleared a background check, and was approved to be a driver last month. mike: deposition will continue next month, for bill cosby' s wife. camille cosby answered questions for about two and a half hours in a massachusetts defamation lawsuit filed against cosby by seven women. the attorney for the women wouldn' t comment on the questions he had for camille cosby. severe weather suffer and the 5 babies to suffer, because it was our understanding she was outside and the babies were inside. mike: right now ava is only using her front legs. there' s hope that therapy or surgery will get her back to s are likely another 8 to 10 weeks away from adoption. as for the police investigation joseph' s legacy says. they think whoever owned ava did this to her, but no charges have been filed. heroic moments caught on camera, first responders pull a woman from frigid waters. sheree: rescuers in new hampshire, say the woman could not have survived much longer in -- if they did i get to her when they did. it was a desperate race against time to reach a woman washing down the merrimack river. >> anyone see her? right there. right there. reporter: the first challenge spot her in the frigid, fast moving water. you can hear rescuers urge her to grab hold of a rope . >> take the rope. take the rope. reporter: firefighters lowered ropes and a ladder for her to hold onto buying an extra minute for the rescue boat to arrive. >> the water is dark and its night looking for something that' s bouncing in the waves can make it quite difficult. once, floating away from first responders she reached out and grabbed the wall that' s when the boat came to the rescue. firefighters were able to pull her to safety. >> we ended up losing the ladder and her, by that time the boat made it here probably had another two minutes. she' s hypothermic now and she probably wouldn' t be able to hold on much longer. reporter: the woman was rushed to a hospital, to be treated for hypothermia. police are still investigating how she ended up in the river. mike: a shake up in one republican presidential camp. ted cruz has asked for his current communications director rick tyler to resign. it comes after tyler tweeted out a news story that falsely depicting rival marco rubio dismissing the bible. the story was not true, and the tweet was deleted. >> ted cruz: this was a grave error of judgement. it turned out the news story he sent around was false but i' ll tell you, even if it was true, going to question the faith of another candidate. mike: rubio' s campaign says cruz is spreading a culture of deceit in his own campaign. sheree: ohio governor john kasich comforted a mother on the campaign trail in virginia. he was calling for employers to hire more workers with disabilities. during his rally he brought the mom up on stage after she got emotional talking about the few resources available for her son with autism. john kasich: when you hear these things you can' t put your head in the sand, you can' t put your head in the sand you have to figure out a way to fix it. and that doesn' t mean we have to fix it by somehow blowing up our finances. sheree: governor kasich went on to say people with special needs don' t need to be ceos, but it' s not right to push them to the side. on the democratic side hillary clinton and bernie sanders, are gearing up for south carolina' s primary on saturday. clinton' s campaign believes her african american voters in the state. she does have a lead over sanders in the polls after her win in nevada. cincinnati' s
