How are you able to do this . So that is why we rely on a we dont have Grant Programs for this. Our partnership really allows us to provide those apartments and subsidies to those tenants. Are they free . They are not free. We have rent but it is really low and it is manageable for young adults who may have ssi and need to get out on their own.
