From king and first to williams street. Maybe a six block area where weve had to put four of them down. Richard oshields is charged with first degree murder in the shooting of mathis. Mathis was involved in the death of oshields son joey. He was unhappy that mathis was charged with unvoluntary manslaughter saying he got off light. The law in to his own hands. He acted as the judge, jury and executioner. Endangering. Richard oshields fell to a perfect storm, a stroke, health problems, emotional problems, alcohol. A storm that led to tragic results. The deadline to register to vote in North Carolinas primary is tomorrow.
