morning... ...to a story we frist brought you yesterday morning. a second virginia tech student is now charged in the death of a 13-year-old girl from blacksburg. the remains of nicole lovell were found on saturday in north carolina ... about 100 miles from her home. 3 "19-year-old natalie marie keepers has been charged by blacksburg police with one felony count of improper disposal of a body and one misdemeanor count of accessory after the fact in a commission of a felony." 18-year-old david eisenhauer is charged with lovell's abduction and murder, police say eisenhauer knew lovell beforehand and planned her death. police have not released how or why she was killed. 3 3 police in alabama are looking suspected in a crime spree across three cities. the pair committed or tried to commit three armed robberies within two hours yesterday morning. police say the suspects abducted a woman from her home and also kidnapped a hotel clerk. both of the victims were released unharmed. investigators say the couple is armed and dangerous. 3 3 a man is arrested after the secret service said he threw papers over the north fence line of the white house. the papers were later declared safe. secret service standard protocols were followed, and officials say the incident was quickly resolved. 3 3 making "headlines" this morning... officials say terrorists detonated a car bomb at a
