Reporter Henderson County says it raised the price from about 80,000 to an amount that covers its costs about 110,000. The county says the deputy dedicated to mills river only the rest are covered by the other deputies in the sheriffs office. County manager steve wyatt says mills rivers objections caused conflict with the county. He feels the town was getting a good deal.
