cities. the colleges busy developing a 13 acre green arts district in the center of town including highly efficient apartments for students as well as a brand-new hotel, restaurant and conference space including a wetlands surrounding the project. part of the goals is to change people's behaviors. one way to do that is to give them the information about what they are using right now in the entire community with screens like this so you can see your impact in oberlin anywhere in town. the project calls for a big reduction in 2007 emissions by 2030 and 100% reduction by 2050. though
