police involved shooting. officers were trying to question of group of men about a robbery when two of them ran off officers follow them into an alley and one of the suspects pulled out a gun. an officer fired and the suspect was multiple times. that suspect turned out to be 13-year-old i retain who the good he was holding was actually a bb gun with an attached laser sight. we will keep you county. the high school principal says the 16-year-old kyle richmond died after police say he was he suffered severe head trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene. the incident happened on greenwich road shortly after students were dismissed from norton high school. >> he was on the skateboard over there by tried to flip it up and catch it but he tripped over it and fell right in front of the bus and got hit. >> it was too late when it happened. >> the summit county metro crash team is assisting in the investigation more in schools will be in session today but grief counselors will be available. actually police identified one of the three would found dead all three had the link to the same suspect. >> the first two bodies were found in ashland county tuesday and the third was arrested him after a fourth woman called 911 for help saying he had abducted her. police rescued that woman but then found two bodies inside the same home on covert court of the bodies as 43-year-old stacey stanley her family reported her missing a week ago today. she was last seen at a gas station with a flat tire. after police arrested him in ashland, investigators say he then confessed to killing a woman at a home in richland county in june. a suspicious fire destroyed that home on june 20 and he led police to a body behind that house in the woods. pennsylvania to be examined and 1997. he was originally sentenced on a burglary conviction horry served eight months of a four- year sentence. after that he was back in prison two other times it was provided in july two other times
