Group classes, people get more motivated when they see someone else working out. And i just want to let everyone now how amazing and awake i feel after doing a few exercises. We practiced a little bit of yoga this morning. Once you get to the gym and get exercising, everyone knows what im talking about. Here to tell me more about that is max maximo. Now were moving on to groove flow. What is your flair for yoga in your studio . We wanted to embrace where yoga is going in our western society. Theres a lot of different variations showing up. Its our goal is to get as many athletes or just people training to discover the mat because theres so much to benefit from, from a recovery standpoint to learning how to disconnect and kind of slow down. So in order to do that, we wanted to take down some of the barriers that a lot of people had with yoga in general. Intimidation factor of it. So we made it more athletic with groove flow and what youre going to see today. We put athletic movements and body weight exercises into a yoga sequence. If you want to join, right. Movements, how it differs from a traditional yoga that people are used to. So the base of groove flow is going to be a yoga sequence. What you guys are doing now is just basically adding some Dynamic Movement to it. Lift the right leg. Exhale. Youre constantly moving within the flow. Again, were adding these Dynamic Movements to it. And were still working all the different muscle groups that we would do in a okay. Thank you so much. Usually i dont like yoga because i get bored or impatient with it, but im told this type of yoga has a lot of movement, and its supposed to make you feel like youre doing a lot more than youre used to. Weve been in quite a bit of chill for the last few, but at least were starting to turn the corner today. I can tell were going to feature a lot of sunshine, quiet and dry, not much going on on our satellite and radar view, but well see the opportunity to have some clouds fill in later on this afternoon. Again, we dont have to worry about that for 24 hours or so. Winds have been calm to light, mostly down into the teens across the couple of areas. One thing is different about today. We dont have those brisk winds. Were not dealing with a heavy wind chill. That does feel a little coolner some spots. The good news on the east coast, the storm has moved on out. Definitely quieting down and just beginning to continue those cleanup efforts to get travel and lights back to normal. This starts out cloudy. Well see midday clearing for many and a pleasant afternoon is on tap as those highs are going to be pushing out of those upper 20s. I think most of us are going to make it into the lower 30s by later on today. So definitely keep those sunglasses within reach. Hour by hour with our future view forecast. Temperatures are setting into those upper 20s. This is just prior to sunset. Overnight tonight we start out clear with just a few passing clouds. By the time we get to early monday morning, partly Cloudy School by monday afternoon, however, we are in overcast skies. All of this is being pushed toward ahead of the next cold front coming through. Its really going to knock these temperatures down. By late night on monday, heading into tuesday morning, i think thats where rain begins to enter the viewing region. Heavy at times but notice the temperatures are still fairly warm. This does start out as rain by about midnight. After midnight and into the Early Morning hours, temperatures will continue to drop, which means by sunrise on tuesday, well see some snowflakes in and around the region. I want you to enjoy your sunday about highs in the lower 30s and those partly cloudy skies and plenty of sunshine. Now were going to take it with our Window Nation 7day forecast back into the 40s for tomorrow before the bottom drops out. Today, all you need to know is its going to be sunny and nice. I had three families wanting to adopt me. I chose one actually this past summer, the scotts family. Ever since then, life has been going good. Thats awesome. So, sarah, tell us about the mentoring program and how it benefits people like jasmine. We just really have a great time together. The great thing about Adoption Network, clevelands adoption program, they ask you to spend two times with them. We probably text more than we talk. Its just a great experience. We just hang out and have a good time together. What changes did you see in jasmine from when you first met her to where youre sitting right now. Well, shes about to get her drivers license, so shes obviously gotten older. It adds a nice stability. As weve gotten to know each has grown. Were a lot more comfortable together. Together. Jasmine, what has the program meant for you . The program for me gives another support system in my life which has always been there. Its really busy for both of us, we dont spend as much time together. That helps make our relationship stronger. Can always talk to each other about anything. And, sarah, just are the your perspective, who would be great to get involved in this program, as a mentor in. I would say everybody would be great to get involved. If he wins iowa, he gains altitude and become as front runner. He could have a nice run here donald trump knows it. He knows that he needs to get if hes going to defeat cruz, the best thing to do is try to defeat him in iowa. Its got nasty. We havent seen actual tv ads running against trump, now the two of them are running against each other. Democrats. You have Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton. Seems like deja vu. Shes running on experience, shes running up against somebody whos running a movement. Clearly inspiring a large chunk of voters, perhaps new voters to show up. It does feel deja vu all over again. Certainly Bernie Sanders wants those comparisons. He hopes people will look at him and look at barack obama and see somebody similar, but i think its a bit of a stretch. I think sanders still has hurdles on electability that not Many Democrats think he can win. Not many Democratic Leaders are with him. With barack obama you had half the party that was actually with him at that point. Obviously Hillary Clinton has a challenge to great, pragmatic experience, while good general election message, doesnt seem to inspire people on a caucus night in iowa. As we head for sunrise, things are improving in the Temperature Department as well. I can tell you this sunday will standards. Quiet on satellite and radar this hour. Temperatures are a little chilly. Most of us have dropped down were seeing a few teens as well, but the wind chill is not as bad as it has been. With our cloudy start, its midday and afternoon, that will continue and a very pleasant sunday is on tap. Hour by hour, though, we reach out of those upper 20s by noon and many of us will hit the lower 30s by later on this afternoon. There are some changes on the way in the forecast that will be hitting us around midweek. I will let you know what the rain and snow chances will be over the next few days. Olga, thank you so much. He was shot and killed last week while on duty. People came from colorado, chicago, west virginia. The service was held in the newark where he graduated from the police academy. A scary night for a cleveland pizza Delivery Driver after she was robbed at gunpoint. The 21yearold pizza hut driver was called for a delivery on grace avenue around 11 00 friday tight when the man approached her from behind with a gun. They took the pizza and 70 in cash. He was seen leaving in a black truck. If you have any information, youre asked to contact police. Still ahead this morning, all eyes were on the cavs this team. So row and rip is a high intensity interval training circuit that we can you get this workout, and we use the rowers, which is a great thing for us up here in cleveland because you get no impact cardio exercise that you can do indoors. You dont have to go outside, brave the snow. And go running in the winter months. This is awesome. No impact. Anyone that has knee injuries or any old problem where is they cant have high impact, the rosaria great opportunity to get that cardio in. Youre really going to see that grow in popularity. People are seeing the benefits in rowing. Next up, mat work. We use everything we have here and want to give people a total body workout in any way we can. Sarah is doing a shoulder push up, working her shoulders. Modifying pushups on the wall. She can put her feet on the total body core. Everything. Amy is doing a stepup with the weight. Shes also total body work. Again, this is mostly body work. Youre not lifting crazy things over your head. You can even step on a chair like that, move your stuff, pick up your kids. Exactly. So this is the one im going to participate in. Awesome. What are we doing here . So this is a power pole. Youre using your entire body. Youre using your core to stabilize. Youre using your arms to pull your entire body up. And youre using your legs to reach down for the squats. Just one motion. Yeah, use the bicep and deltoids. Pull yourself to the top of the class. One class and im done. You can leave now. Its perfect. A courtesy lunge and then warrior three. Lean out. Core stabilized. Total body functional fitness. You have to learn how to walk on that ice. Be prepared for temperatures today to push out of those upper 20s and even hit the lower 30s for many of us by late today. Bit overnight tonight, but we wont take our temperatures quite as low. Here we are at 6 00, hour by hour with future view. Temperatures well into the upper 20s. They start to slide back down after sunset. Notice they dont go too low. Were still sitting in the 20s with mainly clear skies. I think the clouds really move in tomorrow afternoon. As we get into monday afternoon and evening, we hold off. Even warmer today. The good news is moisture is coming through with the next front. As it starts to push in monday night into tuesday morning, our temperatures are still warm. This starts off at rain. Then it will transition to snow, and we could see accumulation as we get into the middle of the forecast. For today were treated with very nice temperatures. I believe our Window Nation 7 day forecast is actually going to push us into those 40s not on monday as well. Were going to be looking at 40s on tuesday as well. Thats when things start to change. We head into the 20s falling by daytime temperatures and once we hit those solid 20s, theyre really going to stick around, the moisture will change that rain into snow with the cold temperatures.
