Marshals arrested phillips this afternoon. police say phillips along with two others robbed the priest at gunpoint last month. during the robbery. one of the suspects pistol whipped the victim. the marshalls say that phillips was arrested thanks to help from the community. at some of these gusts. 40plus mileperhour wind gusts. if youre one of the walkers in downtown cleveland, man, that snow is brutal today coming down on those winds. its driving a main band across extreme northern portions of loraine county. we start to get really focused on here with a moderate snow band along 322. we still have snow thats falling further to the north. lets go west first into north homestead. you can see those light snow showers coming in. thats not going to added up to a whole lot, maybe an inch. we have been watching the traffic around greater cleveland, and thats improving nicely. along 322. the snow is still coming down. weve had very interesting pictures. this is a live webcam in the middlefield area. i believe we got it off the wonder ground. i have to keep an eye off these cameras. you can see how the snow is blowing there in southeast portions of Geauga County to right on the southern edge of the heavier snow band. farther to the north, we have snow thats coming down. rock creek area. they say not a plow to be seen. you can see the conditions theyre facing there. that lake snow band will be continuing, especially if it shifts south. thats where we could get some interesting conditions in Cuyahoga County. it does look like that will start to lift north. look at these temperatures, Single Digits below wind chills. here is the story. look at how this lake band, if it ships south could drive some lake snow into Cuyahoga County. we may end up seeing Cuyahoga County added to the lake snow advisory. we could get upgrades to warnings. its going to be cold for all of us. temperatures only in the teens. wind chill Single Digits. your window nation, sevenday forecast. it gets better from here. temperatures will warm up. we may even get interviewing for the new york giants head coaching position on thursday. now, thats a bit of a gamble on both sides. if the browns make a formal offer to jackson, i think they would like him to either take it and become their coach, reject it, although they wouldnt want him to reject it, but if he does, the browns need to move on. jackson will interview with no guarantee he would become the head coach of the giants. so there seems to be some negotiating going on, but hes the guy that right now is the lead candidate, the hot candidate to become the head coach of the cleveland browns. now,
