Determined the child was never in the vehicle from the investigation. Apparently the mother left the home and as the offices were out casing the area. Immediate area as well as the Western Hills area, trying to locate the child. She left the home in a taxicab. Went a few walks down the road. To the home, with the child. She left with the child also. Nicole benton is charged with inducing panic, obstruction official business and making false reports. Two juveniles were charged with receiving stolen property with the theft of the car. The two children, ages 5 and 7 00 are with child protective services. You have to be asking, why did she do it .
