they heard the gunshots, several gunshots. they look at their windows to see what's going on. they see the police activity. they immediately come out to try to figure out what's going on together. one of the neighbors talked to us a little while ago. this is what she had to say. >> and we were up in my house. cleaning with the kids and everything, trying to get them dinner. next thing, started -- you question what you heard? >> no, we heard it. it was like, pow, pow, pow. you know the difference between gunshots and firecrackers. >> another live look here on harrison avenue and north ben road. interestingly enough, there was a day care not too far from here. we spoke to a woman who worked at the day care. she didn't hear the gunshot. eventually heard from the manager where her -- making
