bridge on tuesday. and police think they know who was driving the car. angela ingram has the newest information. >> reporter: police were contacted thursday that believes their loved one may have been in the car. it is still not safe for the recovery team to go into the river. a car dropping off the bridge. into the ohio river. police think they know who was >> although it is unclear we believe we know. >> reporter: family members say they are missing loved one so far the river conditions have been too dangerous for the recovery team. >> this river is very unfriendly right now, very days go in the water. boone county water rescue says the river current has to be one and a half miles per hour or less, today it was at five miles an hour. >> rob: commercial drivers will do the targeted cafes, a rock concert and a stadium. it is a little bit of luck that linked a man in prison to some shootings. he is served prison time for the gun battle at the shell station last year. when he was arrested for that, police found a gun, they matched the shell casings from the gun at great american tower. >> we can do is in hour. >> this ties in shootings from detroit, miami, a lot of times the same guns are used across the country. >> rob: police also have luck on they side. they captured this car onvideo. that same car was involved in accident the next day. a local woman charged in the beating death of her toddler admits her guilty. deputies found here 2-year-old daughter beaten and unconscious in her home in december. charge in the toddlers death. another mother pleaded not get in her stepson's seth. she told police see put the boys legs in scalding hot water as a punishment. >> there is no punishment to do to a 4-year-old. he didn't do anything. what would he have done brookville area that's going to continue to slide through our southern tier. we will be tracking what's left throughout the morning. a pretty good chance to see some showers, so overnight temperatures will fall to those mid 30s for the majority of us. rain showers will increase after the next few hours. as we head toward 5:00 in the morning. a lot of it will be widespread. but take the look at this p green indicates rain and blue indicates snow and here is your best chance. across the north eastern part but by 5:00 it is not very widespread at all. spotty. but we are not looking at a huge amount. not any accumulation of snow. up to 1/2 of rain. but your best chance for a coating maybe on grassy areas or your car, wherever it is cold enough but i think the ground is too warm. 39 at
