The driver was then taken to the minor hand injury. Police say the victim was not crossing in a crosswalk when he was hit and this happened near a bus stop. Now, neighbors say there is a lot of foot traffic in the area and a lot of people who use the bus line, one woman said its a sad situation all around. When i asked the policeman the first thing i asked was it an accident, a crime or just out of concern, and he said well, the driver is at the hospital. But that kind of told me at least the driver stopped and was more mentally, emotionally shaken up. Its unfortunate for the victim and its sad.
