heavy as it was last night and we had a decent, band ch the moderate, and at times, the heavy rain, that pushed on through and the decent, rain fall in some areas, and more than one inch but you can see here on precision, doppler, hd and it is just scattered hit or miss and that is what we are going to see throughout much of the day today, it is not the steady rain like we did last night and there are going to be plenty of dry periods and you can see the through the four inches to the west of i71, 75, that is pushing on of to the north and that is something that we are going to have going on. no thunder, and we have the low clouds to deal with and you can see, we can even see downtown right now, this is the medical camera and you can typically see the sky line, well and you just can't see anything at all, it is all gray now, but just a moment i go, you could see where the top of the fog was and you could see the shower and the clouds above it, and it was a really cool shot, and we the first system. and you can see it a little bit and that is where the main system is in illinois and we are getting the showers and a couple of the thunderstorms out ahead of it, over night, tonight is foggy and the visibility is zero and you can't see anything, be aware, especially on the hills because we have the low clouds. >> adam: and over the river. >> brandon: of course, we can see, exactly. we have one of the cameras and i have it over the river and it shows the fog and that is cool. but look at the rain fall totals that we have had over night and that is when we saw the heaviest of the rain fall was last night and it was steady too and it came down heavy at times and we saw a band of rain that prompted the flood advisory for a brief time and it went around grant county up to boone and across cincinnati in fact some isolated areas, picked up more than an inch of rain, and we are close to it in owein, county and 0.91, the rest of us half an inch of rain. and now it is more spotty and we still have the rain around and so be aware if you are going out and about that we have the rain from time-to-time to deal with, and it is not as steady as what it was last night. you can see what the precision, doppler, hd hooks like and a lot of the steady rains moves out and we are seeing a couple of hit and miss, showers and none of which are downtown any more. and we have the show urz and those have fizzled out and we have another batch that is moving into the county and over to mason county and this is very, light and not getting any lightning and no thunder, out of this no flooding in the state and the hit and miss, showers here is the fog that adam was talking about, you can't see anything, on the medical camera, up in butler, county, but on the tower, cam this is above the fog and i tried to show the shot earlier but it just opened up of the tower and that is one of the lists that is on one of the towers here above the station and it is a neat shot above the fog and because this is the visibility that i was talking about. and one 8th of a mile, and one mile, and so it varys a little bit. and but be aware that it could change and a lot of us are in the 50s and a couple of areas and warmer down there and they are already at 60 degrees today and we will make a run at the upper 60s today. cloudy at around, ten with the on and off showers, and we still have a little bit of sun and just a little bit, peeking in between some of these hit or miss, showers as we go into the afternoon showers, and 67 degrees will be the high temperature and 67, 68 for the day today. and so as you can see that we have more rain to the south and it is just more hit and miss and clouds, too. and so we will see at least a little bit of sunshine with the to our south. and moving in our direction, and so that is the direction that is now coming from. through the day today and you can see even a rumble or two of thunder and some of those could be on the had he havy side and no severe weather today. and we get a break over night and you can see the storm system just spin with it as it moves in our direction and brings in the more rain to kick off the workweek and if it is not raining as you head out on monday morning to work or school, it will be raining by midday and you want to take the rain gear with you because it is going to continue into the over night hours and by tuesday, we will dry out and we will see a little bit of sunshine, and a decent amount of sunshine on tuesday, but you see this line of showers. and there is some, embedded thunderstorms within of that as well and that is pushing in our direction and some of those could be on the strong side and especially since we are going to see a lot of sunshine, during the day on tuesday and that is going to warm us up into the 70s and we are primed at least for a couple of thunderstorms from central, illinois and chicago. and through indiana and down here in the tri state and we will watch it carefully and i don't expect the widespread, of strong, thunderstorms or two and we will keep you updated over the next couple of days and after that front, moves through and it cools us off and back into average into the 50s and even a few rain showers as we head into next weekend, and at least no snow on the 7-day. >> adam: the mid week looks good >> liz: tuesday and wednesday. see the rain over the next couple of hours, over downtown and we will have a chance of the ska the tered showers throughout the date and we will see the rain, through the day, and 65, the upper 60s later today and so despite the rain it is going to feel, nice and you could see a the showers later today and we will see more hit or miss, showers and you will get a chance to dry out and if you want the nice weather in the near term, tuesday is your day, because we are going to be in the low 70s, it is going to feel nice and a chance for a few, strong thunderstorms late in the day on tuesday,
